Happiness is good for the immune system

Every morning I say to myself before my legs swing over my bed, “I am so happy, all my dreams are coming true, thank you so much”. I call it setting my frequency for well being. Then I ask myself, “Anything in particular you need from me today?” There is always a response, (thank goodness too, or it could be kind of spooky). Feed and clean is the usual. I turn my invisible nature binoculars onto myself again, “Now what does your little patch of nature called flesh need?” And here’s the thing, it always needs more happiness. I figured out why too… because it is good for my immune system!!! Happiness lives in the moment, so in this moment is precisely where it’s found. Look around, see if you can find something that makes you happy right now. Don’t bother looking in the past or the future though, too slim pickings. Heads up, that little bugger will keep you on your toes too. I guess what makes us happy is constantly changing. (Insert smiley face here).
