Locate 3 willing people. 2 will be healers on either side of a lucky receiver in the middle. The 2 healers raise their arms above the receivers head with palms facing each other as they begin to match the others breath. Inhaling and exhaling together simultaneously yet the receiver in the middle breathes normally. After 3 min. ask the receiver how they feel? Whoa!! Prepare to be surprised!
